Andrew Encarnacion leads the company’s operations and creative development and brings several years of film production experience, including working as a production sound mixer on 30+ narrative shorts, commercials, and feature films. Andrew has also collaborated with brands like YEN Press on promotional campaigns and digital promotion.

(He/Him) Sales & Marketing - 3D Animator
Calvin Ngako is a 2D/3D animator with experience working with the Government of Canada, where he produced visual content to communicate complex topics surrounding artificial intelligence and cloud adoption. Proficient in Adobe Animate, Blender, and DaVinci Resolve, Calvin combines his technical knowledge and passion for storytelling by inspiring youth to explore their creative ambitions.

Antony To is a Toronto-based 3D animator, videographer, and video editor with over a decade of experience. He previously worked with Mindfulness Everyday, a nonprofit focused on healthy living and mental health. Antony also works as a videographer and editor for Hallyu Dongari and loves creating video essays exploring movies, television, and pop culture.

David Pen is an award winning Toronto-based location sound recordist. In 2025 his teams Tagalog film won, and represented Canada at Filmapalooza in Lizbon, Portugal. David has also worked in video production and editing, including creating promotional content for indie game studio, Sticky Brain Studios, bringing a versatile production background to the team.
